The Charm Hu$tler has a NO REFUND policy !

(Unless your item has arrived broken, then you will have 24hrs to report it to us via email with pictures and/or video as proof.

If there is an issue with your order feel free to contact us with your name and order number.

You must include proof with photos and/or video for any issues .

If your order is returned back to The Charm Hu$tler for any reason. We will contact you to arrange the purchase of a new shipping label, so The Charm Hu$tler can reship the package to you.

If we are unable to contact you, You will receive a refund for the items you purchased.

You will " NOT " receive a refund on the shipping label cost .

This includes if you accidentally put the wrong address, forgot your apartment number or was not home to receive your package .

If you would like for us to reship your returned package , you will have to pay for a new shipping label.
